Structure
Family group of three companies

We have bought, processed and sold Moroccan fish for 25 years

For 25 years the family ran its own fish processing factory. Today we buy from the boats that land at El Ouatia and sell the fish to processing plants across Morocco.

The group runs three Moroccan companies. As a partner, you deal with one family and one team.

Money can buy a boat or a freezing plant anywhere. Knowing which boat owners deliver, what each plant needs and which plants pay on time takes years at the port. We have spent those years at El Ouatia.

Tayari is a family name before it is a company name. The people below run the business every day, at the port and with our buyers. As a partner, you speak to them directly.

Choose what your capital funds. We run it.

There are three ways to partner with us. Each one is set up as its own Moroccan company that you co-own with Tayari.

How your capital goes to work, in 2 minutes

One family, three partnerships. See how trade, vessels and the ice plant each put your capital to work, what each type of year can return, and how your capital is protected.

We work where the catch comes in

El Ouatia is the fishing port of Tan-Tan, on Morocco's southern Atlantic coast, one of the country's main fishing regions. Our team is on the quay when the boats unload, so we see the fish before we buy it.

Morocco has one of the largest fishing industries in Africa. Gulf investors have backed Moroccan businesses for decades, and a partnership with us puts your capital at the start of that supply chain.

Come and see our work at El Ouatia

Before you invest, you are welcome to visit us at the port. We take you into the field to see our operations as they run, and you meet the people who would manage your capital.

Plan a visit
  1. On the quay at unloading

Watch the boats come in and see how we check and buy the catch.

  2. Freezing, storage and delivery

Follow the fish from the quay to cold storage and on to the plants we supply.

  3. Time with the family

Sit down with the team, ask your questions and talk through the partnership that fits you.

Tell us when you would like to come. We plan the day with you and meet you in Tan-Tan.

Start with a 20‑minute call

Tell us which option interests you and roughly how much you have in mind. We will reply with a short overview of the group and suggest a time to talk. We speak Arabic, French and English.
